"I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years and was extremely nervous, anxious and embarrassed knowing I needed more than a cleaning to get my dental health back on track. I have never met a healthcare provider, let alone a Dentist, who took my care needs so seriously, thoroughly and communicated so well. "Dr. Wilcox and his team are magic workers! I had a dental emergency while my current provider was out on vacation and he made sure I was stable until they could get me in for treatment. In the midst of treatment I showed warning signs and after contacting his emergency line, he quickly responded and provided treatment to help support my needs. Montana Dental Arts will definitely be my go-to for emergency services when my current provider is unavailable. Thank you Montana Dental Arts and thank you Dr. Wilcox for going above and beyond. I'm now recovering from a procedure he completed and in the midst of overall treatment. Eternally grateful for the team here! I especially appreciate Dr. Wilcox's mannerisms to get straight to the need and provide the utmost important service. He was professional, quick to act, and while the procedure was complex, he made sure that I was numbed and taken care of. His knowledge on dental work is top notch and he was exquisite with explaining what he did for treatment."

She took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and even fixed problems left behind by past dentists. "As always, the staff was wonderful and Dr. Wilcox explained what he was doing as he went along. He put a crown on one of my back teeth, and I had no idea how that would go, but it went well, in spite of a few painful parts. No big problem there, and I'm grateful he got it done! It took almost to the minute how long the appointment was set for and I'd forgotten to take my pre-visit medication, so he sent someone to get it, so I'm sure that was the only reason it went past the time he'd told me it would be! He's the best dentist I've ever known!"

Dr. Wilcox himself has always been direct and honest about his extensive knowledge on dentistry, and no-nonsense when it comes to the health of his patients. "Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Amber was fantastic and conducted the initial components of my appointment very well, with kindness, and with clear communication at every step. Dr. Dave was extremely informative, and educated me on many dental topics I had never discussed in my previous experiences with dentists. The examination was very thorough, the information was delivered in a digestible manner, and my questions were answered immediately with a full and detailed explanation. "Dr. Wilcox is a fantastic dentist. He is so incredibly compassionate to your dental situation and won’t pressure you into any specific remedy. He took great care of me multiple times in getting a tooth implant and was always asking how I was doing and how I was feeling. He is also very personable and seems to genuinely care about YOU as a person and not just get you in and out of the door as another patient. On a personal note, Dr. Wilcox is also a wonderful family man and a down to Earth Montanan. In regards to his staff, they are just as friendly and helpful. They once got me in last minute to get me help during a dental emergency."
